The Doctor said...

Well the verdict is in. I am not dying from some strange form of disease...it's allergies (?!?!). my thoughts exactly. Who knew allergies could set your lungs are on fire, constrict your breathing and cause a serious dry cough...when you have asthma. =) Seriously, I've been in bed all weekend! I now commiserate with all of you who have had to live with this phenomenon your entire life (ryan). Please forgive all the jokes and teasing at your expense. God is teaching me to be humble.

The (down-to-earth, funny, small-town) doctor gave me HUGE horse pills and some singular. The horse pills to make me feel better now and the singular to help me long-term. He told me I'd just have to live with it. Did I mention the Doctor was very sympathetic?

I've never had allergies growing up so I must be allergic to Texas. J/K!

What to write?

Ever have days where you log onto xanga, realize you haven't posted in a week, and don't have anything important to say? Here's my summary: not much happening today...nothing to complain about but nothing really exciting going on either.

Some random people here in the library are arguing loudly about the 'stupid' computers here, using words I never heard, only knew existed... =) now that's funny in a weird sort of way.

So what's happening with all you guys?

hello friends and fellow xangians (what do we call ourselves anyway?)...

this week was pretty good. i was sick so i got to stay in, make phone calls and watch movies in between Ryan being home and watching a whole season of 24. does anyone else besides me have a hard time watching that? it's too suspenseful for me. sure the characters will be ok, but you never know which ones...

my good friend vicki just got a scooter! =) she's so cute, you have to go look.

anyway, life is good, the weather is beautiful and i'm getting a small tan line on my feet. =)
